Ever since she had woken up to her kitten licking her face and the screams of the Queen ringing in her ears she had been dreaming to find her way back. She had been told that it was all a dream, that none of it was real. But she was convinced; it had just felt so real. As time passed and she aged older she felt pressured to mature, she was forced to grow up but she had never forgotten her wonderful, vivid dream.
The wish festered in the back of her mind, she never stopped searching. To aid her search she became one of the best known inventors in the new age, she created brighter and better creations. Over the years she amassed a fortune that she reinvested back into her search, she was left alone with her dream.
Then the blackness came, falling through the night. As she landed with a smile, she knew. She was back, she was home.

The clock actually does work in these set of wings.
Steampunk wings are a wearable costume piece with various fragile pieces. Each pair is completely unique; they are made in similar styles but will never be a duplicate or exact pair.
The wings are made from plywood and walnut. They are stained and held together with various nails. The straps are made using leather belting to create a comfortable wearing experience. The embellishments have been collected over time from vintage shops, craft fairs and yards sales.
These wings have working gears in them to make the clock tick. The clock actually does work in these set of wings.
These wings are about 2 feet wide.

This photograph is lovely and intriguing to say the least. It is all in the details and the expressions of your model. There is the good and the evil on opposite sides of this picture. The mask that the Cheshire cat is wearing is very haunting and original. You did a very good joy picking out the perfect lighting for the photo and effects. I am curious it there are photos of her without the large jacket and only her dress as it would provide a good allegory for how being in Wonderland changed her and her attitude. Best wishes.
